We created the name Trastevere Stars for our home, inspired by the idea of a bright haven of stars, nestled in the beating heart of the old historic city — a timeless neighborhood where you can feel the essence of ancient Rome come alive. You’ll find a cozy and quiet apartment in the heart of Trastevere, one of the capital’s most authentic and vibrant neighborhoods. Located in a charming 1930s historic building, the apartment can accommodate up to 6/7 guests, featuring 3 double beds(+ cot and/or additional single bed), 2 bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen, bar corner, free Wi-Fi, and a TV with access to Netflix. The soundproof windows ensure peace and rest, even though you’re right in one of the liveliest streets of the area — an added comfort made possible by the charm and solid character of this historic Roman building, built in 1930. Perfect for those who want to experience Rome like a true local, with the choice of self check-in or a warm welcome from your hosts, Michela and Gianluca.

Just a short distance away you’ll find the Vatican City, the Tiber River, the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, and Castel Sant’Angelo, as well as many beautiful local gems like Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, Piazza San Cosimato, Santa Cecilia, and the Gianicolo Hill. A little further, but still walkable, you’ll reach Largo di Torre Argentina, the stunning Piazza Venezia, and of course, the Imperial Forums of Ancient Rome — only about a 20–25 minute walk away. Right around the apartment, you’ll be surrounded by countless typical spots: traditional Roman trattorias, pizzerias, and delicious Roman street food.
