L'immobile e' composto da: 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, 1 soggiorno,1 cucina, giardino di 1000 m2 panoramico su Tropea e le Isole Eolie, barbecue, forno a legna. 2 posti auto, sorgente di acqua. La casa e' equipaggiata per 6 posti letto. Piscina infinity di acqua salata e area idromassaggio.
