Each holiday home has a private shaded terrace (pergola) directly in front of the kitchen; the furnishings are functional and tasteful. The spacious grounds include a fenced pool area with sun terrace. For sporting activities there is a tennis court, table tennis and other ball games as well as a children's playground. The lake is a paradise for cyclists - cycle path around the lake 1 km; bike and scooter hire, boat hire 8 km. On request: baby cot, baby seat; laundry service and air conditioning for a fee. You can barbecue the fresh lake fish on site, for example - but if you don't want to cook, that's no problem: there is a restaurant in the main building of the agriturismo (with separate access.) The location on the outskirts of the village is conveniently situated; from here you can reach numerous Tuscan and Umbrian towns worth seeing such as Perugia (25 km), Cortona (25 km), Montepulciano (40 km) Arezzo 50 km) Siena (80 km).
