Inside the building there is a historic religious building where a traditional festival is held on the last Sunday of August. The property is located in the municipality of Villa Guardia, surrounded by greenery and near the A9 motorway.

- The upper level is entirely occupied by the LIVING with kitchenette and dining table with direct exit to the garden. The KITCHEN is equipped with induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, mocha, nespresso, kettle and toaster.
The living room consists of dining table for 4 people, sofa, armchair, smart TV.
An internal staircase leads to the bottom level consisting of:
- BEDROOM I with double bed, bedside tables, closet and direct access to the garden

Being surrounded by greenery, it is a place to relax and spend a peaceful holiday in nature.
