The apartment is located a few steps from the crystal clear sea of ​​Novaglie. Spread over two floors, the entrance leads to the first double bedroom and then to the bathroom, a characteristic flight of stairs leads to the upper floor. Here you can access the well-equipped kitchenette and the dining area adjacent to the outdoor patio, a small corner furnished with table and chairs that allows you to enjoy the view of the sea in complete tranquility.

The structure is only 700 meters from the suggestive cliff and crystalline sea of ​​the guardhouse. At about 200 meters there is the possibility to have breakfast and aperitifs in a location that has a suggestive view of the sea. Marina di Novaglie is a small seaside village in the lower Salento. The locality has been inhabited since ancient times, as evidenced by numerous caves used as Basilian laurels in the Middle Ages and more recently as a refuge for fishermen. The stretch of coast on which Novaglie stands is rich in natural caves of considerable landscape, geological and historical interest. All the caves are currently accessible by sea, although the discovery of fossils of marine animals from about 30,000 years ago testifies that in remote times they were submerged; Another strong point of Novaglie is undoubtedly the Cipolliane path, defined as a "borderline between the land and the sea, between the steep rocks and the intense blue of the Mediterranean".
