Rental includes the first cleaning of the house, towels, blankets and sheets; you will find hygienic paper rolls and hand soap, a washing machine and an iron with an iron board. The apartments are provided with all cooking accessories. Check-in is possible between 3.00 PM and 9.00 PM. Check-in between 3.00 PM and 9.00 PM is included in the price. For late check-in from 9.00 PM to 11 PM the additional fee is 30 Euro and after 11 PM the fee is 60 Euro. You can arrange check-in before 3.00 PM but we guarantee the cleaning and change towels only after 3.00 PM. In case of special needs, please contact us in advance.

Your apartment is situated in historic center of Venice. Castello Giardini area is in the very center of the old quiet residential area in Venice. The apartments are near Viale Garibaldi, a big and wide street where it is nice to stroll in the evening, take a drink in one of the many bar in the road and finish the walk along the lagoon. From the Giardini area you can enjoy romantic walks along the lagoon waterfront or walk in the streets among historical buildings and bridges. Public transportation and supermarkets are really close and so are many typical restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the Venice by night atmosphere. The apartment is very close to the Biennale exhibits (Art/Architecture) and to the Arsenale. St. Mark square is just a 15/20 minutes walk away but you can reach it also by waterbus in a few minutes. From the Giardini stop you can also catch a waterbus to Murano or the Lido (beaches and Film Festival, 10 minutes by waterbus) but you will be able to reach all the most important areas in the city by foot!
