This property is a private house set on the mezzanine floor of a 19th-century building with a private courtyard. Rooms have a private entrance and air conditioning in summer. The bathroom is located just outside the room and comes with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided. A shared kitchen and a coffee-making area are also at guests' disposal. St. Mark’s Square is a 10-minute walk away. The Fondamente Nuove Vaporetto water bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, and links with the islands of Murano and Burano, and Venice Marco Polo Airport.

Hi, my name is Monica and thank you for reading my profile! I was born and raised in Venice like my whole family. I'm a Venetian DOC! I am very passionate about my city and I am always looking for new places and curiosities to share with my friends and this is why I decided to convert my house to a B&B. I like meeting new people to discover my city even if only for a few days. If you are passionate about art, music or food and wine, I will be happy to advise you on routes to places of interest and good "bacari" (wine bars / small restaurants) where you can taste our Venetian cuisine. Make sure to read the description of the rooms and the house rules carefully before booking, remember that the bathrooms are private but outside the rooms and arrivals after 8:00pm must pay a small fee of Euro 30. I apologize for the clarification but I want to be clear with my guests. I sincerely hope to meet you and share this wonderful experience with you, my home is your home!
