L'appartamento è molro bello e luminoso e dotato di aria condizionata, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Il condominio è molto sicuro e ben tenuto, sia per le persone che ci abitano, sia per la zona, in centro a Mestre.
A 100 metri dal tram diretto a venezia e a 100 metri dal centro pedonale della città, ricco di negozi e locali di ogni genere. A 50 metri da un supermercato.
