A paid shuttle service from/to the airport is available on request. the apartment is located on the first floor (without elevator) and consists of 2 rooms, one double and one single, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen, bathroom and large terrace. Guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal (so who book takes the whole apartment without having other occupants inside). The accommodation offers free wi-fi, a kettle, a coffee machine, a 49 "smart TV and a safe. The excellent location allows you to have banks, restaurants, bars, pubs, bus station and shops within walking distance. On request it is possible to use a meeting room that can accommodate 30 people (extra payment).

the apartment is located near the Fiumicino's dock, just 5 minutes from the beach and can accommodate up to 5 people (with the possibility of adding an extra bed), is 15 minutes from Leonardo Da Vinci airport and 20 minutes from Rome. Within a radius of 20 km you can reach the new Fiera di Roma, the Parco Leonardo and Parco Da Vinci shopping centers, the excavations of Ostia Antica, the archaeological area of the port of Trajan. The central and well-connected location provides guests with banks, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, pubs, wineries, tobacconists, supermarket, bus station and shops. Just a few meters from the apartment is the bus stop for the airport, Rome and Ostia. A paid shuttle service is available on request. The dock allows you to have a parking lot always available and a few steps away from the structure.
