My house is in the historical centre of Pognana Lario, around 5 to 8 minutes walking distance from the main road, 20 minutes by car from Como city centre as well as 20 minutes by car from Bellagio. The house has a large terrace overlooking the lake, the mountains, and magnificent sunsets. With a surface area of 120 sqm, the house dates from the year 1900 and has recently been renovated. It has three floors, two bedrooms for your use, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining room, and a living room.
This is a self service house with keyless access. If you require any assistance you can contact me via booking or on my mobile phone.
• There is free parking on the main road. Please mind that in the high season, it might take a while to find a parking space. • The garage is located at 8 minutes on foot from the house and can be used for free. Please note, that only small and medium size cars fit in the garage. • The bus No. C-30 connects Pognana Lario to both Como city and Bellagio. • Pognana Lario is also connected to Como by ferry. The ferry is just a 20-minute walk from the house. • A gentlemen in the village has a small motorised cart and offers luggage tranportation services.
