Property information

Villa Ada was completely renovated in 2022. The apartments are bright and have all the comforts for a pleasant stay in the town. With a very quiet pool area. It is located in a residential area north of Olbia.

Neighbourhood information

Villa Ada is in a residential area of ​​Olbia North, a peaceful and quiet area. To go to the beach by car the closest beach is 8 minutes away, but by bus it's all different! You need 2 buses to go to the beach and they pass every 30 minutes, with the hot temperatures in summer season is not pleasant. My suggestion is to rent a scooter or even better a car to see all the wonderful places that we have around.
