The house is on two floors and is immersed in a beautiful and fresh pine forest with Mediterranean scrub, it has a large private garden with parking in front of the house, there is a two-seater swing for children. About 350 m on foot you will find two beautiful beaches of fine white sand and in one of the two you will also find rocks with natural pools and a crystal clear sea; on the free beach there is a kiosk bar (El Tiburon) for lunches, breakfasts and umbrella rental for a fee on site. The house faces the woods and is therefore quiet and fresh, it has all the comforts to make your holidays special... air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms and one with 4 beds... total 8 beds plus a cot for a baby) and in the living area, unlimited WIFI, washing machine, appliances, coffee machine with pods, microwave, kettle, high chair, toaster, smart TV (Disney c. and Netflix), mosquito nets, ceiling fans, external barbecue and internal fireplace, deckchairs .. hot and cold outdoor shower so that you can enjoy the summer in complete freedom without constraints, gate for the safety of your children, free cot, large loggia with two tables for outdoor dining and umbrellas, fully fenced and illuminated garden, terrace solarium on the first floor where you can admire fantastic starry skies.)
