The apartment is located in the annex of Villa Allgayer, a refined historic building from the 19th century. The charm of stone walls and wooden ceilings blends with modern comforts, giving you an experience of history and relaxation. The apartment has been recently renovated preserving the architectural authenticity and historical value of the structure.
The property offers large, bright spaces and a delightful view of the lake. The living area includes a kitchen equipped with a dining table, a welcoming living room equipped with a TV, a large sofa and two windows overlooking the internal garden and the lake respectively. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where you will be welcomed by a wonderful bedroom with stone walls and original wooden ceilings of the time. Here, a beautiful window frames a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore, giving you dream awakenings.
