Welcome to Villa Altogiardino! I’m Maria Laura Priori, and I’m thrilled to host you. At 59 years old, I have a deep love for nature and animals, rooted in my childhood spent in the countryside with my grandfather, where we made wine and olive oil. An avid sailor and former ski competitor, I’ve also nurtured a passion for gardening, finding solace and companionship with plants. I enjoy reading, particularly “The Lord of the Rings” and “Harry Potter,” as well as historical novels like “Les Rois Maudits” and “Shogun.” In my free time, I crochet bags and toys. I split my time between Tuscany and Milan, and my background in communication, focusing on sustainability, reflects my commitment to the environment.
