Set in the rolling hills of Abruzzo, Villa Amyra (700 m2) is a striking blend of modern architecture and timeless charm. With classical wooden interiors and expansive living spaces, the villa is ideal for a large family or several couples together. Surrounded by 8,000 m2 of lush, landscaped gardens filled with olive and fruit trees, the fully fenced property offers privacy, tranquility and breathtaking views of both the Majella mountain and the Adriatic Sea. The Villa is set in a peaceful location with easy access to local amenities; bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers, autostrada and the beautiful beaches of Montesilvano. A long, private driveway leads you to the heart of the estate, where ample parking space await. The villa has a spacious terrace round the house overlooking the beautiful salt water swimming pool. Villa Amyra provides 4 beautiful bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the master bedroom has airconditioning and the other bedrooms have ventilators. The villa has a recently renovated fully equipped designer kitchen, smart tv's, spotify sound system throughout the house and a high-speed WIFI indoors and outdoors.
I like to share my beautiful villa with you so you can enjoy the fabulous views when having breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace, enjoying your swim in my pool and experience the beauty of the region of Abruzzo.
