The house is spread over two levels. On the lower floor, there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed. From here, you have direct access to the private garden—an oasis of peace featuring a covered patio with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue grill, and a convenient outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. The upper floor, accessible via an internal staircase, offers four double bedrooms and one single bedroom. There are two bathrooms, both equipped with a toilet and bidet—one with an indoor shower. The second shower is located outside in the garden. Two of the double bedrooms and the single bedroom have direct access to a furnished terrace, ideal for enjoying the sea breeze and the colors of the sunset. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and free on-street parking. Thanks to its prime location, just a few minutes’ walk from Santa Maria beach and surrounded by the natural beauty of the Coast of the Gods, this villa is the perfect choice for an authentic and rejuvenating holiday in the heart of Calabria. Please note that bed and bath linen is not included in the reservation price. However, it is available upon request at an additional cost.
