The perfect synthesis of a holiday dedicated to relaxation ... Bay of the Seven Emirs (Cefalù) An oasis of peace and beauty. A real oasis of peace just 150 meters from the sea will make your holiday relaxing. At 3km from the beautiful historic center of Cefalù, the residence has wide avenues safe for children (concierge service and constant entry and exit control), where you can take wonderful walks. Playground, guest parking, 2 swimming pools, one of 25m and one of 8m for the little ones with lifeguard service. Daily garbage collection service in front of the house. Two splendid sandy beaches for the exclusive use of the residence. The villa has two private parking spaces, large well-kept garden with lawn, outdoor shower, covered patio with barbecue, sun loungers and a splendid hammock. The house is air-conditioned and is divided into three floors: 4 bedrooms, three of which are double and one single, 4 bathrooms, solarium, kitchen with large living room with 75-inch TV.
