Hi, I’m Genka! I grew up between England and Italy, so I’m fully bilingual and love connecting with people from all over the world. Helping our guests have the best possible experience is what I enjoy most—whether it’s recommending a fantastic restaurant, organizing a surprise birthday party, finding the perfect beach for a family day, renting bicycles, or figuring out the best way to get to Florence by train. I genuinely love meeting new people, getting to know them, and making sure they feel right at home. It’s always a pleasure to welcome back our recurring guests who return year after year for the warm and friendly atmosphere.
Outside of work, I’m a proud father of three and a loving husband. I have a passion for snowboarding and nothing makes me happier than firing up the BBQ and sharing good food with friends and family. Looking forward to meeting you!
