The property is in a well-maintained and private residential area, standing out for its exquisite outdoor spaces. These include a panoramic pool, a relaxation area, an outdoor dining area with a kitchen, a barbecue, and a fully enclosed garden.
The living area consists of a cozy lounge with sofas and TV, a dining room with a large table, and an independent kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, kettle, and wine cooler.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, wardrobes, and air conditioning. The layout is completed by two modern bathrooms with showers and hairdryers.
