Pretty house in the Marche countryside. Equipped with all comforts and 4 beds plus a sofa bed, it offers the opportunity to visit several nearby places. Urbino, San Leo, San Marino, Urbania, the Adriatic Coast (Rimini, Riccione and Riviera Romagna) and enjoy days of well-deserved relaxation in the midst of nature. We have a fantastic swimming pool overlooking the Montefeltro hills, equipped with whirlpools.

I run the historic house in the Marche countryside together with Giannino (my uncle), Norma (my mother) and Adriano (my father). I'm at the guests' disposal to provide all the necessary information to make their holiday perfect and to act as a tour guide on request! The hills of Urbino and the nearby borders of Romagna are a special corner of Italy and Le Marche.

My house is in a private area and you need a car to get around. Many shops are in the nearest village (about 1 km - 5 min by car). We have this beautiful country house with two independent entrances for guests: you cannot see each other from your entrance and windows. My uncle Giannino will be upstairs if you need any help or anything else: he produces olive oil for our use and some vegetables and wine; we also have some animals in the area with their fences. The swimming pool is shared with the other guests (maximum two families), but it offers two different areas to enjoy the place with your own privacy. Rules for the use of the pool will be provided at check-in. If you need to be alone, I'm sorry, but this is not a private villa: you will have your private areas, such as the patio in front of the house and your own parking space.
