Please note that by Italian law we are obliged to report all our guests to the competent authority (local police station) within 24 hours after their arrival.

You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. The rental price for a double bed is 17,00 € per week. Bed linen for a single bed cost 12,00 € per week. A set of towels (one small, one medium, one large) costs 8,00 € per week. Linen and towels must be requested at least one week before arrival.

Please note that electricity is at an extra cost and is charged according to consumption with 0.46 €/kWh.

A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

A tourist tax is required to be paid at arrival.

Water, heating, and final cleaning fees are included in the rate.

Please inform Villa Casanova in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
