For more than twenty years it has been dealing with tourist rentals of private villas, farmhouses and apartments with pool carefully selected in the main Italian locations. Villa Colombaia is a villa with private pool in Le Marche at about 400 meters above sea level. This stone country house overlooks the mountains of Le Marche hinterland, offering breathtaking views over the valley. This farmhouse still keeps the atmosphere of a family home, offering all comforts and calm for a reinvigorating stay in deep contact with nature and local traditions of nearby towns and villages rich in history and art. The property is surrounded by a large garden with many outdoor living areas with tables and chairs. In addition, at the guests’disposal a porch with table and wooden seats and a panoramic irregularly shaped pool. Great solution for two families as it gives the possibility to rent together a property while keeping one’s privacy, being the villa divided into two completely separate units. The main apartment has a kitchen with fireplace, a large living room (with the possibility to add an extra bed), a double bedroom with small toilet, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower. The second apartment, smaller than the main one, is composed of a living room with double sofa bed, a kitchen, an utility room, bedroom with double bed and French bed, a bathroom with shower. In the pool area is also present a bathroom with shower and washing machine, functional when spending your time in this part of the property. - Extra cleaning when pets are present: Euro 50/stay (mandatory to book in advance) - Air conditioning available in all bedrooms: Euro 15/day (to book in advance) - Heating: Euro 40/day (to pay on spot)
