The villa is surrounded by a 3 hectares park, completely fenced, where there is a pool for exclusive use of the guests (12m. X 6m. Prof. 120 / 150cm.), it is equipped with external bathroom and dressing room. The property also offers large balconies for outdoor dining (barbecue) and private parking. Wi-Fi free. Comfortable furniture with some element of quality. The house is located 3.5 km. from Vicchio (birthplace of Giotto and Fra Angelico), 30km. from Florence, 24km. from the "Barberino Designer Outlet" (over 100 stores of major brands of Italian and international fashion) and Lake "Bilancino" (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing), at 14km. the "Poggio dei Medici Golf Club", 7km. riding stables.
