Beautiful villa well finished in Sardinian style, in the middle of the countryside of Oliena, which is a few minutes drive. The house stands within an estate surrounded by olive groves, which make it very private and quiet. The house consists of a large living room/ living room, with kitchen complete with all comforts. The double room and the twin room are well furnished and there is also a cot for younger guests. From the room you have access to the anteroom and the bathroom with a large shower. A large covered veranda, also furnished, offers plenty of space to relax and have meals outdoors, with the wonderful view of the peaks of Supramonte di Oliena, where you can venture on beautiful hiking trails or guided tours by four-wheel drive. Other things to know: - In order to access the house, you will need to check-in online. Guests must upload their identity documents and sign the short lease agreement as required by Italian law. - In all Sweet Home Sardinia homes we are committed to make a proper separate collection. It will be mandatory to follow the instructions that will be sent at the beginning of the stay. The correct sorting and disposal of waste is the responsibility of the guests. - Unidentified persons are not allowed to enter the house. N.B. Electricity NOT INCLUDED in the price: consumption during the stay will be charged at 0.65 e.u.r.o./Kwh, to be paid in cash at check out. Before entering the house will be required to sign the short lease as required by D.L. 50/2017 and Law n. 96/2017.

Moreover, is a perfect point to be able to stay and discover Barbagia, its geographical position favours its proximity to Nuoro, Orgosolo, Mamoiada. The house is located a few minutes from the charming springs of Su Gologone, a starting point for kayaking trips on the Cedrino river, and about 30 km from the beaches of Cala Gonone.
