Dating back to 1790, this ancient stone villa is a great base not only for visiting Italy's world-famous cities, but also for exploring the many smaller villages and towns in the area. Many of them didn't make it into the "Italy guidebooks", so this is where you'll experience the real Italy, away from the tourists. My wife Monica and I have loved Italy for 30 years. Thanks to her design talent, Monika completed our second home to perfection.

Time slows down in Tuscany. You refresh your soul in Italy's most beautiful landscape. Villa da Eva is located right on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. The location thus combines the beauty of both provinces, is quiet and easily accessible. The ancient towns and villages offer you not only a glimpse into their rich past, but also a taste of the local culture, combined with the traditional hospitality of their inhabitants.
