This beautifully restored villa, in the heart of Umbria, makes the perfect holiday destination for a group of friends or a large family. With its own private swimming pool and large gardens, the villa can sleep up to 12 people. The elegant ground floor, with terracotta tiles and traditional beamed ceilings, has a dining room which can accommodate 12 people with an open hearth, ideal for winter fires; a large games/sitting area, a full-size pool table and a spacious kitchen, with a wooden table for more casual dining. The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee machine, cooker hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and toaster. A door from the kitchen leads to the charming, brick-vaulted loggia, where guests can dine al fresco, sheltered from the heat of the midday sun. - If necessary, the GAS fee of EUR 1.00 for heating in wintertime or when needed due to the climate must be paid on the spot. - A cleaning fee of EUR 200 is to be paid on the spot. - The Caution Deposit - RSD (Refundable Security Deposit) EUR 300 must be paid in cash upon arrival at check-in. - A damage deposit of EUR 600 is required for under 21 years old groups.
