Company information

Building is surrounded by about 2000 m2 of garden and parking. The entire property is surrounded by a robust fence. The public swimming pool and the public park are just behind the house, easily accessible.

Property information

My grandparents buils the house around 1960 , it comprises 3 apartments. The one where you will stay has been built in 2001 and completely renewed in 2015.

Neighbourhood information

The railway station is 800 mt. from the house and accessible through a sidewalk in about 20 minutes. Historical center of Perugia is reachable in 10 minutes by train. If you prefer to go by car in the city center you will need about 15 minutes, Perugia is surrounded by easily accessible car parking.
