La Villa del Rubbio è situata nel verde del Parco di Veio . Posto tranquillo e silenzioso con piante di alto fusto ed un ottima vista sulla vallata , la Villa del Rubbio è caratterizzata da un grande soggiorno ampio e luminoso con al centro un camino funzionante a legna, una camera da letto matrimoniale al piano terra con bagno interno, l'altra camera da letto matrimoniale si trova al primo piano. L' arredamento della casa è lineare e moderno. Il giardino è privato e ben recintato con tavoli sedie divani ed ombrelloni, barbecue e forno a legna , in giardino all'aperto si trova anche la vasca idromassaggio/jacuzzi con acqua riscaldata, solarium con lettini, La vasca è in funzione !
Si accettano animali domestici, grande parcheggio privato .

A quiet and peaceful place with tall trees and an excellent view of the valley, Villa del Rubbio is characterized by a large, spacious and bright living room with a wood-burning fireplace in the centre, a double bedroom on the ground floor with internal bathroom, the other double bedroom is located on the first floor. The furniture of the house is linear and modern. The garden is private and well fenced with tables, chairs, sofas and umbrellas, barbecue and wood-burning oven. In the outdoor garden there is also a hydromassage tub/jacuzzi with heated water, solarium with sun loungers.
