Experience luxury in the beautiful "Villa Prestige" in Molicciara. Perfect for families, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Strategically located in a quiet area, close to essential services, it is only 10 minutes from the sea and Sarzana train station. From here, you can easily explore Liguria, the Cinque Terre (40min) and the cities of Tuscany (Pisa 40min). Enjoy elegant spaces, a beautiful well-kept garden, private parking, a barbecue, and unforgettable moments with your loved ones.
