Villa Donna Vicenza is a beautiful villa just 2 km from the sea and a few minutes by car from Palermo Airport. Villa Donna Vicenza is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday by the sea. In a quiet area, a short distance from the beach of Magaggiari, it offers an outdoor space with a beautiful garden and a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 people and is composed of: entrance with living area where there is a sofa and TV. Then there is the dining area with kitchen (furnished with every utensil - including refrigerator, dishwasher, cutlery, plates and glasses, pots and pans, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee machine with capsules and traditional coffee machine, coffee cups and mugs for breakfast). Adjacent to the living room there is a bathroom. Through the stairs you reach the first floor where there is the sleeping area consisting of: a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with tub and toilet, a second bedroom with double bed and a third bedroom with two single bunk beds. On the first floor there are two more bathrooms both equipped with shower and toilet. The fourth bedroom is on the second floor and consists of a double bed and two single beds. The Villa is equipped with Air Conditioning present in both the living area and the sleeping area. The villa also has unlimited and free Wi-Fi internet, washing machine and private internal parking. The furnishings include sheets, towels and pool towels.
The exterior of the Villa consists of a large private parking, garden and the SWIMMING POOL for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The POOL is open from June 1st to October 31st.

The Villa is immersed in the greenery of a quiet and peaceful residential area, a short distance from a supermarket and a few minutes by car from Palermo Airport and the Cinisi beach (Magaggiari). We recommend renting a car as there is no public transport in the area.
