Splendid, detached villa located in a quiet residential area, in the Tuscan countryside. A few minutes from all essential services, the house guarantees privacy and all the comforts needed for a relaxing holiday. This structure allows you to enjoy the green of the Tuscan hills, while being not far from the city of Florence. Bright, spacious and finely furnished, the house consists of a large open space, kitchen / living room and dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms. A delightful veranda, garden and swimming pool will make your holiday unique. This property offers the intimacy of a villa in the countryside, allowing you to reach all places of interest in an instant. Pontassieve has everything that small Tuscan towns have to offer, excellent restaurants, shops selling typical products, but also numerous commercial activities for any eventuality. In about 30 minutes by car you will be in the center of Florence and you can easily reach other places of interest.
