Villa Elena is a six-bedroom villa in the southern area of Sicily close to Agrigento and the stunning Mediterranean coastline. Villa Elena is close to our hearts for many reasons. Elena is our daughter and an interior designer, and together we reinvented this property into our dream holiday home – a place of natural beauty, stylish interior design and modern luxuries. Its location is close to the town where my parents were born, Naro, a historic baroque town rich in culture and where many happy summers were spent. My parents left Sicily in the 60s looking for a more lucrative life but we’ve never forgotten our roots and we decided it was time to give something back to this generous land - generous with its history, traditions, tranquillity and simplicity. Villa Elena is located in the southeast area of Sicily. Catania Airport (CTA) is approximately 148km from Villa Elena and Palermo (PMO) approx. 201km. There is also a small airport in Trapani. The closest major city is Agrigento, renowned for its ancient temples and smart shops. The small town of Camastra is a short walk away and perfect for local grocery shopping for your daily essentials. In Camastra you will find a Chemist, Butcher, grocery store ALIMENTARI SAN GIUSEPPE and don't miss AMERICAN BAR for your cocktails! The baroque town of NARO is only 3km away. There you will find many medieval churches to visit and the castle Chiaramonte - with stunning views.
