If you are looking for a luxurious holiday retreat brimming with character and history, this stunning property is for you. A typical Italian villa of 1920 renovated to a high standard where traditional stonework meets with modern design, exceptional furniture and decor transforms the villa into a beautiful yet homely place to stay for all the family. A unique "Mini-Castle" nestled within olive groves at the heart of Puglia with high vaulted ceilings adorned with antique chandeliers, polished concrete floor, modern all amenities kitchen and bathrooms and an infinity pool and a garden with al fresco dining space.The villa is on a single floor with ease of access to all rooms. The home comes with three spacious bedrooms overlooking the surrounding garden. There is a very bright sitting room - with traditional open fireplace and smart TV - and a dining room with big openings on the back garden and swimming pool area.From there you can also gain access to the fully fitted kitchen with top quality implements and appliances for those who like to indulge in cooking. Air con throughout the house and free wifi. Parking for multiple vehicles.

Although the property is located within the countryside it is only a few minutes drive to Francavilla Fontana and Oria for provisions, amazing restaurants, and cafes. Within 20 to 40 minutes one has access to a choice of local destinations like Ostuni, Martina Franca, Lecce, the Itria Valley, and Brindisi airport. The nearest beaches are either along the Ionian coastline (20 minutes) or the Adriatic (30 minutes). The villa is the perfect retreat where guests can enjoy tranquility, peace, and privacy within the surrounding land and olive grove in which the villa is situated. It is truly a place where modern, luxury amenities blend with the traditional Pugliese setting.
