The property holds a legacy that spans generations. Originally purchased in the 1980s by Dr. Magnaghi, the house has been lovingly cared for and passed down through three generations of the Magnaghi family. Today, the Magnaghi siblings, together with 3 other work-partners, have come together to carry forward the family tradition. Their shared vision is to create an authentic agriturismo experience.

Set on 81 hectares of Tuscan countryside, Villa Fonteintanata offers a tranquil retreat in nature. Please note, the property includes other structures where people live. We also conduct agricultural activities and collaborate with external partners. Villa Fonteintanata is ideal for exploring Tuscany or simply relaxing in serene surroundings, whether enjoying private spaces or sharing the grounds.

Neighbourhood information

A 3-6km walk divides us from Casaglia and Miemo, two little medieval suburbs really worth a visit! Cecina, the main town, is a 15-20 minutes drive. A lovely seaside town full of shops, bars and beaches. 12-13km from Casale, Montescudaio and Guardistallo; 3 historical towns with nice restaurants and small shops. Other important cities around: Livorno (36 km) Pisa (47 km) Siena (55 km) Firenze (67 km)
