The villa is spread over three floors: • Attic: living room (with 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed), kitchen/dining room, double bedroom, bathroom, balcony. • First floor: living room (with double sofa bed), kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 5 balconies. • Tavern: living room (with double sofa bed) and dining room, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, billiard room and fitness area. The outdoor area includes a large garden, a spacious pool equipped with outdoor shower, a large gazebo and a barbecue for outdoor grilling and aperitifs. The spaces are designed to accommodate up to 18 people, making the villa ideal for several families wishing to share a holiday or for large groups of friends. The billiard table in the tavern offers entertainment, while the fitness area is perfect for those of you who do not want to give up physical activity. The villa is spacious and bright, tastefully furnished and equipped with comforts such as WiFi, air conditioning and ample parking.
