Villa immersa nel verde nel borgo ameno di Avesa a solo 5 km dall'Arena di Verona. Casa in stile anni 70, di ampia metratura, circa 250mq. Servita da mezzi pubblici, la fermata autobus dista solo 150 m. Relax a pochi km dal centro della città.
