The house is large and bright, equipped with a beautiful garden on 3 sides, with a large living room with television and dining room, eat-in kitchen adjacent to the outdoor space under the porch with additional tables and chairs where you can have breakfast or lunch outdoors , n. 2 large double rooms with TV, n. 2 rooms with single beds, one with TV, 2 bathrooms, 1 internal parking space in the garden, possibility of hosting up to 10 people.
The house is equipped with all comforts, ideal both for two people who want a comfortable and quiet place, and for families or groups/groups of friends who need space to all be together to spend relaxing days.
We decided to finish the house with elegant floral wallpapers; the colors have warm and welcoming tones and make the spaces harmonious.
The outdoor garden is equipped with tables to stay outdoors, the reserved spaces will allow you to spend carefree hours outside enjoying the sun and the surrounding greenery.
The villa is equipped with an outdoor parking space large enough to accommodate two medium-sized cars.
Once you leave the Villa you will be in a green area but very close to the town center, with all its services. Bussolengo is a large municipality in the province of Verona with around 20,000 inhabitants, equipped with all the services of a city.

The Villa is located in via Murici 29 in Bussolengo (VR). We are right at the crossroads between the Modena / Brennero motorway, exit Verona nord and the Milan-Venice motorway, exit Sommacampagna or Peschiera. The city's airport is Valerio Catullo, a 10-minute drive from the Villa. The closest railway stations are those of Verona Porta Nuova and Peschiera and Castelnuovo del Garda. Bus connections every day from 7am to 9pm from/to Verona railway and Piazza Bra and from/to Lake Garda. Bus stop 100 meters from the villa in via Gardesana.
Halfway between the Verona and Brescia shores of Lake Garda and the city of Verona, the home of love, good food and good wine. You can visit Juliet's house and balcony, the beautiful medieval part of the city, the Arena amphitheatre, Piazza Erbe with its magnificent frescoes and characteristic bars, numerous well-preserved archaeological sites from the Roman age, even in the open air, in via Cappello, the basilica of S. Zeno, Castelvecchio, Ponte Pietra, the Scaliger Arches, the hill of Castel S. Pietro from where you can enjoy a magnificent panorama of the city and the bends of the Adige river.
You can attend the famous operas and concerts in the Arena and classic theatrical performances at the Roman Theatre, on the banks of the Adige river; there are numerous shows at the Teatro Nuovo and in the various open-air theaters in summer; you can also attend opera and symphonic music concerts at the Philharmonic Theatre.
A few minutes by car and near Lake Garda there are the renowned amusement parks of Gardaland, Movieland, Caneva, Rio Valli, Parco Zoo Safari; you can relax at the beautiful outdoor spas of Villa dei Cedri Terme di Colà, Aquardens and Aquaria.
You will be just a few minutes drive from the famous wine hills of Valpolicella, home of the Amarone, Recioto and Valpolicella wines, and the moraine hills where the Custoza, Bardolino and Lugana vines grow.
