Property for exclusive use Nestled on a hill, Villa Isabò is surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees, with a beautiful panorama of the countryside. Around the house is a garden of 400 sq mt on 2 levels, all fenced with wooden gate and metal mesh; in front of the house, there is a beautiful panoramic loggia furnished with 2 tables for outdoor meals, a wicker seating area and a nice high quality barbecue. Just below the loggia is the access to the above-ground oval swimming pool (3,75x7 meters, 1.30 meters deep). All outdoor areas are well maintained. The villa dates back to 1889 and it belongs the Pratesi family, a famous historic brand of Made in Italy excellence in household linen. Entirely built in stone, recently renovated and embellished with fine finishes, the house is truly a historic asset. It was not possible to make structural changes such as the steep steps leading to the 2nd floor. All systems were installed recently. The gr. floor opens onto a large living room; to its right is the well-equipped kitchen. From the living room, via an internal staircase (12 steps), you reach the 1st floor with 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which with private bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is a passageway to a room for children with 2 single beds. To complete this floor, 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine. The rooms on the second attic floor are closed and unavailable. Included: supply of linen and bath towels (changed weekly), utilities (not air conditioning EUR 30/day and heating EUR 40/day, see fine print). Important info: check-in on Saturdays from 5pm to 8pm and on other days from 6.30pm to 8pm. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and mosquito nets.

All other locations are easily accessible by car. Florence is about 1 hour and 30 minutes away, Lucca about 25 minutes.
