Property for exclusive use Villa la Topaia is located within a farm, in a very quiet position with a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and hills. The garden, at the exclusive use of guests, is characterized by a large space, partly lawned, with 5 furnished gazebos and loggia equipped for outdoor meals. A few meters from the house is the private swimming pool, measuring 12x6 with a depth of 1,4 metres, surrounded by a stone paved surface, and equipped with sun loungers and shower, a small bar, brick barbecue and table tennis. Adjacent is the owners' house. Interior The interiors are comfortable and reflect the rustic Tuscan style. On the ground floor there is a small living room with satellite TV and dining area, a small reading room, a spacious and very well-equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with washing machine and dryer. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, consisting of 3 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower, 1 suite with double bed, small kitchen corner, sofa and bathroom with shower. Going up the second floor we find 3 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower, 1 suite with double bed and single additional bed, small kitchen corner and bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with TV, air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. Included: 1st supply of linen/pool towels (changed weekly), utilities (but not air conditioning EUR 30/day and heating EUR 38/day if used). Upon request against payment midweek linen change, pool towels, chef and domestic help. IMPORTANT: Each bedroom has air conditioning, TV and mosquito nets. The pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. The owners who cultivate the farm live adjacent to the villa.
