Delightful villa with pool and garden, located near the beach of Mondello, completely renovated and very well furnished and equipped. Particularly convenient for families with children, having 4 independent bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Guests can also enjoy a warm and romantic atmosphere thanks to the fireplace and the numerous lanterns available. The pool is open from May (April if the weather permits) to October.
As a good Sicilian I developed a sense of hospitality, and for me it is therefore a real pleasure to make my guests enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday. I love talking and confronting the tourists I host, informing them about Palermo, Sicily and our culture, giving them advice and suggestions to experience an even more intense and exclusive travel experience.
Mondello is a fascinating seaside area rich in history, culture and nature: a splendid beach with Caribbean colors, the warm and pleasant sea, the gastronomy based on fish, the numerous art nouveau villas, the naturalistic reserves (Parco della Favorita and Riserva di Capo Gallo), and much more. And then it is just 8 km from the center of Palermo, one of the most interesting Italian cities, rich in history, culture and traditions.
