The main villa is spread over 3 finely furnished floors, there are 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, two living areas and a kitchen, with a terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a tavern with fireplace and next to it a sauna and a double shower. Furthermore, there is a detached annex where there is a gym, a billiard table, a relaxation area with fireplace and wet bar as well as a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with hydromassage tub and shower. In the park of over 3000 m2 there is a swimming pool, a jacuzzi for 6 people, a barbecue and a gazebo for outdoor dining. A play area with slide and swings and a ping pong table are available for children. At the beginning of 2025, all the kitchen chairs were replaced, the dryer was added and air conditioning was also installed in the living room and kitchen.

500 meters from the house there is the main road that connects in a few minutes to the splendid Lucca and Montecatini Terme, furthermore 10 minutes by car is Montecarlo, a splendid medieval village famous for its wines. Also just a few minutes' drive away is the famous Pinocchio playground, known throughout the world and which comes from Collodi, a nearby town. By car you can quickly reach many typical Tuscan restaurants and trattorias, and explore the hills that can be seen from the park.
