Ancient noble residence belonging to the Coletti family before '800, Villa Teloni in 1996, after a long period of neglect, was bought by the entrepreneur Sandro Teloni who, after having made his family residence, transformed it, following two long and laborious restorations entrusted to the architect Patrizia Ravegnati, in a charming residence able to accommodate up to forty people. Equipped with a large outdoor pool, a large porch that houses a lemon house overlooking a large garden, a sun terrace overlooking the hills and a park with pine trees and lush vegetation, the dwelling also has a comfortable open-air gym, a barbecue area with a wood oven outside, and an area with a wood-burning oven inside, a professional kitchen and three kitchens in as many apartments of which the property is equipped with. In the property there is also a small church. The rooms, including superior, suites, triple and quadruple, are all very spacious and equipped with all comforts, furnished with taste and passion.
