- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). Mandatory change at euro 30 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes). - Pool available from May to October. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 90 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Pool heating available at an extra cost of euro 40 per day with a minimum notice of 24 hours. - Service bathroom in the living area.
