Property information

Born from a love for nature, for beautiful Bibione, and from long-standing experience in tourism, the idea was to renovate family properties and turn them into green & smart locations. The goal? To offer eco-friendly holidays and share a simple, nature-respecting lifestyle. Villa Lisy boasts a central location: just 350m from the beach, 60m from the pedestrian shopping street, 100m from the Luna Park and weekly market car park, and 600m from the Thermal Spa. It's an open-air structure: each flat has a private entrance, exclusive outdoor space or panoramic terrace, all carefully maintained and fully equipped. Villa Lisy is the only tourist accommodation in Veneto awarded by Legambiente Turismo for Excellent Environmental Management (2020). It often becomes the subject of tourists’ photos—enchanted by its stunning flower garden during the day, and by its charming gazebo softly lit by solar lamps in the evening. The shared spaces include two built-in barbecues for sociable evenings and hot and cold water tubs for every need. Each flat includes: washing machine, dishwasher, smart TV, microwave, kettle, induction hob (no gas), fan, shower box, and outdoor space for bikes, inflatables, and pushchairs. On request: WiFi, air conditioning, safe, and reserved parking inside the villa with electric sliding gate.

Bibione Spiaggia is the vibrant heart of the resort, bustling with shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours, arcades, and events. The wide, well-maintained beach offers services like cabins, showers, nurseries, snack bars, and free Wi-Fi—ideal for families and groups seeking relaxation and fun. Nature takes centre stage in Bibione. To the east, the Tagliamento River mouth is a 250-hectare protected area, designated as a Site of Community Importance and Special Protection Area, known locally as the "lighthouse zone". Here stands the scenic Punta Tagliamento Lighthouse, accessible via a 2 km beach walk. To the north lies the Val Grande Nature Oasis, a haven for those seeking tranquillity and biodiversity. It can be explored on foot or by bike, with guided mountain biking and canoeing excursions available. Since 2024, visitors can also explore the "Mutteron dei Frati" archaeological site, showcasing the remains of a Roman villa, with multilingual guided tours. Cycling enthusiasts can enjoy over 30 km of bike paths weaving through the sea and pine forests. Two ferries extend the adventure: the RIVER ferry crosses the Tagliamento River to Lignano, while the LAGOON ferry traverses the lagoon to Caorle. Bibione offers sea, nature, history, and sports—a complete destination for an unforgettable holiday.
