Property information

Villa Magliese is a cozy home offering a pleasant garden, swimming pool, private parking space with charging station, spacious bedrooms, and modern, fully equipped kitchens. The location within walking distance of the town center (only a 10-minute walk) makes for relaxing and peaceful stays. The facility has a small laundry room where there is a dryer and washing machine. The entire structure is powered by solar and photovoltaic panels on the roof. The location in the Heart of Salento make it a great spot from which to explore all of Magna Graecia.

Neighbourhood information

Villa Magliese is located in Maglie (Le), a charming town in the heart of Salento. A town rich in history where Baroque art reigns supreme and where it is possible to discover the ancient cultural roots of Salento Thanks to its strategic location, in a few minutes it is possible to reach all the main seaside resorts of Salento. In fact, it is exactly in the center between Lecce to the north, Santa Maria di Leuca to the south, Otranto to the east and Gallipoli to the west. Moreover, being inland, it allows you to fully experience all the great summer events such as Sagre, Folk music concerts and events: Maglie is only 4km from Melpignano, the town where the biggest Folk music concert in Europe takes place every year!
