Immersed in the peaceful landscape of a natural park, it offers an amazing picturesque breathtaking view. 10 minute drive from The historical-medieval town of Volterra. The house it's part of a condominium of 11 apartments. 9 of them are part of an house. Villa Marta is independent with a total privacy. The pool is very large, 52 x 26 feet, and shared between the apartments of the complex. Open from June to September.
