The Mediterranean-style villa is equipped with every comfort, finely furnished, has a sea view from all rooms, a huge outdoor area in a beautiful garden terrace with outdoor hot shower, mini swimming pool (dimensions 140cm x 180cm, 55cm deep), solarium, outdoor relaxation area. The double bedrooms on the first floor each have an en suite bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower, which overlook the huge outdoor garden patio full of lemons and fruit trees. The Villa has a double entrance. The sea and beach with lido equipped with bars and restaurants is a 10-minute walk along a staircase of 70 steps which is located immediately below the house. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the beach by bus or car or motorbike along the access road to the house. All the services, bars, restaurants, mini markets are just 100 meters from the house along a characteristic panoramic road. Villa Marunnella is centrally located, very panoramic, in a quiet position, it is a magnificent location to enjoy the beauty of the Amalfi coast just 15 minutes from Positano and 15 minutes from Amalfi, it is an ideal place to start discovering your excursions.
