Welcome to a cozy and functional home, ideal for large families or groups of friends looking for peace and comfort. The apartment offers spacious interiors, with a bright living area featuring two comfortable sofas, a TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine), perfect for cooking independently. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: a spacious and quiet double room, and a second room with two bunk beds (4 beds), plus a double sofa bed. Air conditioning and heating are available in all rooms to ensure maximum comfort in every season. Outside, you’ll find a private space with a table, chairs, and a parasol for enjoyable outdoor moments. The house is located in a green and quiet area, perfect for those seeking relaxation away from the hustle and bustle. Private parking available for 2–3 cars. Pets are welcome upon request.
