Portion of a modern design villa, with indoor swimming pool and small spa, located in a privileged position on the Asolo hills. The floor-to-ceiling windows that characterise the living area and overlook the garden allow one to enjoy the splendid surrounding panorama of the gentle wooded hills. Although it shares with the owner the swimming pool area ( 3,50x13 1,50mt with hydromassage and water aerobics equipment), the Turkish bath, the changing rooms with showers and a bathroom, the particular architecture with which the villa was built makes the two living wings completely autonomous and detached from each other. The large garden, which is completely enclosed, is shared only with the owner's family, who are often not present, and is characterised by fruit trees and flowers. An area is also dedicated to children with swings, a slide, table tennis and a basketball hoop. Villa is an excellent starting point for excursions in the hills on foot or by bicycle, following itineraries that touch the most beautiful towns and places in the region. This villa is the ideal base for holidays in any season: you can alternate a day at the seaside or at the lake (the beaches of the Adriatic Riviera can be reached in an hour's drive), trekking or skiing in the mountains (the choice is vast: Monte Grappa, the Asiago plateau, the Dolomites...), or a more adrenalin-filled day rafting in the Brenta river or experiencing hang-gliding or paragliding from Monte Grappa. The 27-hole Asolo golf course is only 6 km away. Nearby are the most beautiful cities in the Veneto: Treviso (40 km); Venice (80 km); Padua and Vicenza (60 km), or a series of small towns and medieval villages that abound in the area: Asolo, Bassano del Grappa, Feltre, Cison di Valmarino .
