Elegant apartment located in the historic family home in an elegant residential context in the central area. Subject of complete, accurate and personal renovation completed in 2021. The apartment overlooks the most beautiful lake in the world with a view of the park and the bay of the small port of Menaggio. Direct access to the beach. Parking lots, petrol stations, banks, bars, restaurants, markets, ferries, taxis, bus stops, pharmacies are in the immediate vicinity.
Wonderful landscape. Welcome to the most beautiful lake in the world, Lake Como, in my summer home in Menaggio. Central area well served and in an excellent position. Located on a crossroads to the north for Lugano (CH), Valtellina (Sondrio) to the south towards Como (30km) and Milan (60km). Unique lakeside promenade, the squares and streets of the center. For those who love walking, from Menaggio there are hiking and biking trails along a cycle path towards Lugano or the upper lake towards Sondrio.
